Christian Rap Documentary Mic Drop Gets Release Date

Mic Drop: The Culture of Christian Hip-Hop has been in development for roughly eight years and now the release date has been set!

Director and producer Darius West (Ergon Entertainment), Co-Producer Fred Lynch, along with Black Lava Films’ CEO/Chairman and Executive Producer Michael-Anthony “Mooki” Taylor (DARE Records), have worked tirelessly to make this documentary a reality.

Mic Drop is being distributed by Warner Music Group and will be released on November 14th.

“Right now confirmed for Apple streaming, iTunes streaming, and Stingray Qell (Amazon Prime channel),” says West.

Mic Drop: The Culture of Christian Hip-Hop Soundtrack will drop on October 6 featuring ShySpeaks, Pettidee, Street Hymns, Stephon Royal, and Adrion Butler.
