Every year or so often, the Obamas will release their playlist of hand-selected tunes that they enjoy listening to. This year though, former First Lady Michelle Obama revealed; Vol. 1 The Michelle Obama Playlist. With a list of hits that most can recognize, we learned that the former First Lady is no stranger to the pop music scene.
In a big win for the CHH space, the playlist featured Reach Records artist WANDE’s single, “Blessed Up.” Dropped in April of 2019, the track encompasses how the artist has survived through hardship and how she still clings to God’s plan for her through it all.
Congratulations to WANDE for this accomplishment, and we hope that God will use this to bless someone.
