Dee-1 & Lupe Fiasco to Give Talk About ‘Rap as Force For Education’ at Tufts University

Dee-1 and Lupe Fiasco are getting together to give a lecture about using Hip-Hop to promote education. The duo, friends, collaborators, and high-thinkers within the Christian and secular realms of rap music will be speaking at Tufts University/Tish College.

The conversation will happen on April 19th with Lupe representing MIT and Dee representing Harvard. It’s clear education plays a big part in their lives with Dee-1 formerly being a teacher and now a professor at Harvard and Lupe being a hip-hop philosopher of sorts and a professor at MIT.
