Download L3XDIVINE’s song “Colorism” from her new free project entitled Double Up.

“Colorism’s content is a complicated mixture of emotions as a Black Christian Woman. Trying to decipher if my believing brothers see light skinned women as the catalyst of beauty or if it’s a preference, has shifted the thoughts and esteem of some of my darker believing sisters around the world (including myself).” L3X said. “Colorism is one of the many dysfunctions/strongholds in the Church (The Body) and due to a few of my experiences, it inspired me to address this topic. Introspectively in the second half of the song, I release a prayer that unveils my desire for an ordained companionship while recovering confidence from the many lies I’ve faced due to this issue.”

The song is produced by KiingR, and mixed by Jeremiah Beats.
