Top Christian Rap Songs of the Week 5/24/19

Every week artists drop new singles and new content that we try to share with you. It’s easy for some of it to get lost in the shuffle, so we want to offer up this quick weekly rewind and look back at some of the top Christian rap songs you may have missed.

Jasxn  – Check$
Jasxn touches on the struggle that we have with materialism and wealth. Delivering a nice mix of swag and lyricism.

KJ52 ft Dru Bex – Depression Nap
The veteran is back with a massive assist on the hook from Dru Bex. We announced earlier in the week that KJ and PoetiCS had released a project together, and “Depression Nap” is off of that new project titled What Happened Was...

Byron Juane – Honey
Byron dropped this new single that showcases his singing ability. “Honey” is a love song full of vibes. This track is one you’d play on a boombox outside your ladies window in the rain.

Ruslan – Million Heirs
“Keeping God on the throne, and keep my family close, create my own momentum the venom gotta go.” “Million Heirs” is packed full of heavy-hitting bars that touch on both social issues and faith-related topics. This one has excellent content and is one of my favorite tracks of the week.

Michael Farrar – Dark Days
This track is a real one. “Dark Days” is a song about stress, anxiety, and fear. Farrar pours out his heart in a way that we can all relate too on this one.

J Torah – Count It Up ft. Jor’Dan Armstrong, Mod-G
J Torah and friends offer up a flawless anthem with “Count It Up.” “I’m counting blessings up the long way.”

Josiah Lowe – Wanna Be ft. J- Dubz, MvkeyyJ
“Wanna Be” is a vibe that speaks on the desire to know God in a way that goes beyond merely “believing.”

Read B. Verses – Read Between the Lines (Freestyle)
The official video for the “Read Between The Line (Freestyle)” dropped earlier in the week, and just like the song itself, the video does not disappoint.

Anthony Sawyers – Elevator Music
Coming with nice wordplay and a rhyme spitting classic vibe. This track will be accepted well amongst hip hop purists who appreciate authentic, feel-good music.

Crown Freedom – Got Gon on My Side
For fans of upbeat dance-inspired music with an uplifting message.

We hope you took the time to check these Christian rap singles out. Which one is your favorite? Let us know in the comments below.
