D Myles Explains Biblical Meaning Behind ‘Parousia’

Christian hip-hop artist D Myles spoke to Rapzilla at Legacy fest to talk about his new record Parousia.

He said the it’s the Greek word for “arrival” or “to be present.” He said it is used in scripture to speak of Christ’s arrival. D Myles’ second meaning to it also stands for his arrival as an artist.

He said the album has an assortment of “flavors” on it including R&B and singing mixed throughout.

The emcee gave a bit of his background as well, and spoke about how da’ T.R.U.T.H. influenced him in his walk. It came full circle when Myles was able to put T.R.U.T.H. on his record.
