On a recent episode of Pen Game 101, we had Aaron Cole break down his latest project TWO UP TWO DOWN. On the album, his mom mentions teaching little Aaron to rap. When we asked about it, here’s what he said…

He explained that his uncle used to write his raps and his father would record him. At just three years old they were working with him and training him. There’s actually a video online of his mom going through flows and cadences as a toddler Aaron was having trouble.

When he got saved for himself at the age of 12, that’s when he started writing for himself.
