“No Church in a While” is a play on the Jay-Z and Kanye West song “No Church in the Wild.” That song is from their collaborative project Watch the Throne.

Lecrae and others at Reach Records have hinted at a few projects that are incoming for its co-founder. Crae previously stated he may be retiring from rap but not without a few things to accomplish first.

In addition to Church Clothes 4, a possible mixtape with Andy Mineo, and maybe something else – this team up with 1K Phew was unexpected.

On social media, the name No Church in a While circulated a bit as the name of a speculative tape between the two artists. 1K Phew confirmed that last week with an IG Story.

Alright, scale of 1 to 10, how excited are you for Lecrae and 1K Phew?
