“No Extra” by The New Cool is the second installment of many concept music videos associated with the duo’s forthcoming album, entitled The New Church slated for May 2020 release.
Initially introduced to Christian Radio markets in 2018 with breakout single, “Church In Da Bando,” The New Cool returns with “No Extra” to further solidify their consistence and nobility within the Christian Hip Hop genre.
This time around, they team up with promising star and local favorite, Comedian Jeff Shelley, who has managed to accumulate a large social media following by producing daily comedic material.
“With the world at a standstill due to COVID19 Pandemic, we knew releasing this video would be a great way to bring hope and laughter to so many,” says group member, Baroe.
With plans in play to build a powerhouse of premiere talent “No Extra” also introduces an emerging artist, Jay Anthony, who largely appears on the song’s chorus.
