Michael B. Jordan to play lead role in upcoming ‘Methusaleh’ movie

Imagine your sitting in a movie theater, lights down, fingers full of delicious popcorn when one of your favorite actors appear on the big screen and kicks an old man off a cliff, yelling out “IS THIS YOUR GRANDPA?!?” This could be soon be a reality as Warner Bros. has cast Michael B. Jordan of Black Panther fame to star in the upcoming film, ‘Methusaleh.’

The film will be loosely based on the oldest man in the Bible, with MBJ becoming an “Ageless Man” , living for 400 years without showing the physical signs of age. Many are already comparing the up and coming film to another classic film about an ageless warrior (cues Highlander theme song), with Warner seeing the film as a future franchise starter. As of right now its unclear if there will be any biblical basis for the movie other than the name and age thing. It’ll be interesting to see how many Methuselah films they have to make before he gets to 969.
