Renaissance Music artist Legin released a music video for his single “Spark.”
The song addresses his personal struggles with fatherhood and socially divisive issues while clinging to God for hope.
The rapper said the song was written during a day of deep frustration with America’s divisions and his own paternal failures. He pulled over on the side of the road and wrote it in tears, recording it the same day.
“My hope is that this transparent piece ‘sparks’ anyone hurting to cling to God in the darkness for a glimpse of light,” he said.
