Andy Mineo to release new project soon?

Andy Mineo waited 17 months after Never Land to release Uncomfortable, but a tweet by Grammy Award-winning producer Street Symphony suggests that Mineo will not wait as long to drop his next project.

Track or Die is Street Symphony’s record label, which is mostly made up of producers — himself, Tyshane, 8 X 8, D.O. Speaks and Real Chance. After Mineo released Uncomfortable last September, he tweeted that he still had music with Track or Die in the vault.

Adding more validity to this potential EP collaboration, Mineo performed an unreleased song that had Track or Die’s producer tag on the instrumental last week on Sway in the Morning at SXSW 2016.

Unless Street is bluffing, Mineo likely will release an EP produced entirely by Track or Die soon.

Mineo is scheduled to set out on the Uncomfortable Tour, Pt. II at the end of March until the beginning of May, so “soon” may be in relation to the tour in some capacity. Lecrae dropped Church Clothes 3 not long before he embarked on the Higher Learning Tour, but Mineo and Reach Records may still want to focus on pushing Uncomfortable at another string of shows.
