KB gets emotional about leading a new legacy after never meeting biological father

In a new documentary by This Is Me TV, Reach Records rapper KB opened up about growing up without his biological father and how the resulting impact has shaped how he approaches fatherhood.

“I had this moment where the theories of being the change that I want to see in fatherhood became real because I literally get to lead a new legacy with my son and my family, my wife,” KB said. “And I feel privileged, in that respect, to get to do that, so I wanted to highlight that with the album.”

KB revealed that as Reach filmed a documentary about him leading up to the release of his latest album, Tomorrow We Live (Part 1, Part 2), a private investigator who had been hired to find his father learned that his father had been murdered in a drug deal gone bad.
