Christian hip-hop artist Willie Moore Jr. launches show on largest urban radio network

Christian hip-hop artist Willie Moore Jr. recently began to host a new, inspirational radio show distributed by Reach Media, which is also home to personalities Tom Joyner, Russ Parr, Rickey Smiley and DL Hughley.

Reach Media is part of the Radio One family, which broadcasts from 55 stations in 16 urban markets across America, including Atlanta, Baltimore, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, Philadelphia, Raleigh-Durham, Richmond, St. Louis, Washington, DC. The Willie Moore Jr. Show airs nationally on Monday through Friday from 3-7 p.m. ET.

The Willie Moore Jr. Show will feature family entertainment, powerful testimonies, uplifting music and intriguing interviews along with inspirational content that’s real and refreshing in a one of a kind afternoon drive format,” a press release said.

Moore, who earlier this year made Rapzilla’s greatest athletes in Christian hip hop list, previously hosted Reach Media’s show The Nightly Spirit that airs from 7–11 p.m. ET.

He will be a featured speaker at this year’s Flavor Fest conference. In Feb. 2012, Moore released a collaborative album with Bizzle titled Best of Both Worlds.
