SXSW Video Interview: Reconcile’s ‘Plottin’ inspired by work with juvenile delinquents

At SXSW 2015, Reconcile chatted with Rapzilla.com about what inspired his latest single, “Plottin,” as well as signing a production deal with Track or Die.

“What really inspired it at the time,” Reconcile said, “I was working with some juveniles in Houston. And we have a class twice a week where Harris County sends juveniles on a more intense probation to us, and we kind of do a discipleship course with them.”

Those interactions, which Reconcile talked more about in the interview, helped lead to “Plottin’.”
