Steven Cooper – Moving On

Steven Cooper artist began his efforts in the Kansas City area of Missouri. Cooper was raised by a single mother who struggled with a massive drug addiction that kept the family in a lifestyle of partying, drugs, and nightlife. Steven began performing at 17 in local nightclubs and soon after pressed his first demo which sold over 5,000 copies independently.

The breakthrough for Cooper came in 2010 when he released his first national release ‘My Time’, which led to a flurry of activity that launched the hopeful emcee into a public light. His singles “Fame” and “My Time” have both been licensed by ESPN and Fox Sports, while “Broken Chains” (Feat. Tech N9ne) has become viral sensation among the online hip hip community.
