Guvna B wins ‘best gospel act’ during the MOBO Awards 2010 at the Echo Arena on October 20, 2010 in Liverpool, England. The MOBO Awards are the European equivalent to the BET Awards.

It wasn’t just about Aaron Cole making Christian rap history last night. Lecrae and GAWVI also took home some hardware at the 2019 Dove Awards. Lecrae won Rap / Hip Hop Album of the Year for the Zaytoven produced collab project Let the Trap Say Amen. He was up against II: The Sword by Andy Mineo, PANORAMA by GAWVI, The Second City by Steven Malcolm, and Neverfold by Tedashii. Aaron Cole is 1st Rapper to Win New Artist of the Year at Dove Awards
Aaron Cole made history last night at the 2019 Dove Awards. The Gotee Records artist became the first person in Christian hip-hop to win New Artist of the Year.
