End of Earth Records announced last week a unique business model to support the ministry of Compassion International. The vision of End of Earth Records is to “bring the gospel to the ends of the earth” as well as to bring an end to “earthly living.” Compassion International shares a similar vision to holistically care for children around the world and seeking to release them from poverty in Jesus’ name.
Jayson Trierweiler of End of Earth Records recognized this shared vision and decided to do something to support Compassion through his record label. By giving a portion of every CD and download sold to support Compassion, End of Earth Records has established a unique business model that is about more than profitability. “I’m looking forward to working together for the purpose of taking care of the most impoverished people around the world in Jesus’ name” says Jayson.
“We are honored and humbled that End of Earth Records has chosen to partner with Compassion” says Paul Haddix of Compassion International’s artist’s relations team. “In the midst of a challenging economy and ever changing industry End of Earth Records has made the decision to give sacrificially, we have no doubt that their decision will have far reaching impact. “
