How are files delivered to the Customer ?
Our system stores the files in a protected directory that can only be accessed through special links that are generated by the system when payment is made. The download is sent to the customer once our servers verify the payment has been completed with the PayPal servers.
I haven’t received the download info, where is it?
You should receive an automatic e-mail (with the download info) within the 24 hours of the order. Please check your spam box as well, e-mail title: Download Info from: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you haven’t received it, contact us at email@example.com with another e-mail address we can send it to manually. Be sure to include the receipt.
How many times can I download the files?
You can download the files a maximum of only 3 times. After that you will need to re-order or for any other reason please contact us.
Do you issue refunds?
Yes, only if after many attempt the customer was not able to download the files, and wants a refund.
