Many people know Flavor Fest for the big concerts, but the main reason the whole weekend goes down is for the leadership training during the day. Hundreds of urban leaders gather to learn, network and collaborate with each other in 3 general sessions and 5 workshop tracks that feature 20 break out workshops.
This is the 11th year for the Flavor Fest Urban Leadership Conference. Over 2,200 leaders have been trained over the past decade! This year everyone at the conference will be serving at a huge block party for the hood on Saturday afternoon as we'll give away thousands of pounds of food and love on the people of the inner-city of Tampa.
So, don't just come to the concerts and just get the icing... come to the daytime and get the whole cake!
Infiltrate Music artist, KIDD was voted by the fans as Rapzilla.com's 2013 New Artist of the Year, last month. KIDD follows up the big win with his first visual from his debut album 'Murder My Flesh', which premiered on one of the most visited Hip Hop websites - HotNewHipHop.com.
The video is a glimpse into KIDD's childhood, as the Las Vegas native takes a sobering look at 'Sin City's' scene. With a backdrop of strippers, sex, money, fashion and poverty, KIDD positions himself from the other side of the looking glass and takes the glamour veil off of the image most have in their mind when they think of Vegas. Over sounds that were crafted by JGramm (Chief Keef, Travis Scott, Emilio Rojas), and a chorus that features the voice of Je'kob Washington, they welcome you to the jungle. Keep an eye out for cameo's by Tyshane Thompson and Matt Massaro (808xEliTE).
The video was directed, filmed, and edited by Philip Rood.
Infiltrate Music is giving away KIDD's 'Murder My Flesh' CD, a t-shirt, and iPhone case to someone that KIDD picks from the comments on YouTube. So head over there and Like and Comment on the video to win!
