Throwback Thursday: KJ-52 ‘Rise Up’ Ft. Pillar & Thousand Foot Krutch

Today’s Throwback Thursday takes us back to 2002’s “Rise Up” by KJ-52. His Todd Collins, Uprok produced, Collaborations album featured a number of noteworthy guest spots on nearly every record.

“Rise Up” featured the frontmen from two of the hottest Christian nu-metal bands at the time, Rob Beckley (Pillar) and Trevor McNevan (Thousand Foot Krutch). Beckley stuck to the hook of the chorus while McNevan grabbed a piece of the hook and even threw in a rap verse.
