Shai Linne recently announced that he will be collaborating with Theory Hazit to produce a single off his upcoming album ‘Lyrical Theology Part One’. Based off Shai's tweets the record will break down Psalm 110 and may be titled "Lamb & Lion". This should be another example of a quality Humble Beast and Lamp Mode Recordings collaboration.

We reported news of a full length album entitled 'Of Vice & Virtue' coming soon from the Humble Beast signed group Alert312 a few months ago. The artwork, release date, and tracklisting has now been revealed for this upcoming project. The album is set to release January 29, 2013.

It appears that Tennessee Titans’ rookie linebacker Zach Brown truly is “on fire.”
After achieving two sacks in a recent Monday Night Football game against the New York Jets (where he was seen sporting the #IMONFIRE wristbands from hip hop worship artist Rawsrvnt) he followed it up with a record-tying two interceptions for touchdowns against the Jacksonville Jaguars on December 30.

Christian hip hop is making a difference for African students in the Congo. January 31st, 2012 Rapzilla released a compilation album with the goal of raising money to benefit Ecole de la Borne, a school in the Congo. The album featured all new, unreleased, and exclusive songs by Lecrae, KJ-52, Beautiful Eulogy, Sho Baraka, Braille, Japhia Life, GRITS, K-Drama, Eshon Burgundy, and many more. The support by the Christian Hip Hop community was stronger than we anticipated being compilation projects usually are less cohesive, aren't generally pushed by the artists on them, and historically have low sales. The project also received great coverage on the secular hip hop media outlets such as AllHipHop.com, HipHopDX.com, DJBooth.net, and others. The project went on to crack the Top 10 Hip Hop/Rap Albums on iTunes, and hit #4 on the Top Gospel Albums on AmazonMP3.
