Json urges listeners to help homeless on collaborative track ‘Don’t Walk By’

In collaboration with New York City-based homeless ministry Don’t Walk By (DWB), Lamp Mode Recordings president and rapper Json, along with artists C.H.R.I.S. and Jay Cabassa, released an outreach anthem this month titled “Don’t Walk By”.

“Every city, every block, you ain’t got to look far to see those who are a lot less fortunate than we are,” Json said on the intro of the track. “By God’s grace, we just want to meet their needs. Pray that they see the love of God through us.”

DWB is an annual outreach in which volunteers walk through Manhattan each winter and offer homeless people food, clothing, a blanket and the opportunity to enter a shelter and residential program.
