“TYLA is an acronym for “turn your love around” and the idea behind it is to encourage others to seek healing from hurt caused by past relationships.” Tay says. “Many times when we as people are hurt by someone we tend to build a wall that others have to break down in order to gain our trust, which isn’t always fair. So I wrote this song to encourage my brothers to pursue friendship first, and to encourage my sisters to allow it because everyone’s intentions aren’t bad. I hope that this song encourages us to move forward to build godly relationships in good health.”
