Music: KORBVN – Don’t Miss You

Hip-Hop artist KORBVN just released his new single “Don’t Miss You,” and this talented creative even produced the beat and made the artwork.

KORBVN dives deep into his personal history with the two verses of the track saying, “The first Verse I am talking about myself before God saved me. I was obsessed with material things so much so I got a job to buy shoes etc.”

HIs affinity for money distracted him from his education and his grades in school began to suffer.

“I was also falling into lust,” he admitted. “I would be so sad after stumbling. I was literally crying to God laying down asking him to hold me cause I felt so empty and abandoned.”

The second verse touches on who he became after getting saved. He started to dive deep into the Word, and had other brothers in the church around him as accountability partners. He’s now a married man with the support of a wife.

“My life is better and I am not the same.”

As KORBVN sings “I don’t even miss you” in the hook, the sentiment is true.

“I realized what it cost me, joy, peace, and a clean conscious,” he revealed. “And now I know it’s not even worth it to trade what God has for me for temptations so temporary. His grace set me free not TO sin, but FROM sin. So that you can have the freedom now to say to your temptations, ‘I don’t even miss you’.”
