“‘Image” is a song that communicates the reality that words powerful. We have a choice everyday when addressing others to either speak life to people or death. In this song, I really wanted to communicate the reality that I face everyday even as a believer as a result of the words that were spoken to me at a younger age.” Tay said. “For a great majority of my life I’ve wrestled with depression suicide and self hate. The Lord has been gracious in teaching me how to cling to his word so that I may live. After so many years of running after things that only brought temporal joy in the end, the Lord found me and gave me what i was truly looking for, unfailing and unconditional love. “Image” is a song that communicates the journey in between.”
