Fly Mental

Fly Mental is an American independent record label, which began as an image in the mind of Herman “Fly Boy” Noble. The term “Fly Mental” derives from the passion to fly high above negativity, hopelessness & helplessness and a desire to create music that would encourage listeners to dream bigger, speak higher and live larger. Knowing that this task could not be completed by one man, Herman sought and found 5 partners to help carry the vision. Each individual brought to the table resources that would prove to be invaluable to the success of the company. Beginning with 4 artists, each skilled and unique in style, with genres spanning from R&B to Hip-Hop, Pop to Neo Soul. In addition there was marketing and design experience, advanced studio equipment, video production skill and financial savvy. With these resources, a dedicated team and the advice of mentors in the music industry, Fly Mental LLC was born in Columbus, OH in May of 2010 under executive administration of Steven Carmona and India Conley.
