Armond WakeUp released a new video featuring a verse from a track called “King Booker”. The full song will be on Armond’s upcoming Snooze Button 4 project.
“If you know the story of King Booker, basically Booker T was a well respected wrestler in the late 1990s. In 2006, he won a tournament called King of the Ring & basically became full of himself. Essentially becoming a terrible adaptation of a pompous medieval king. But when provoked, he would revert back to the old Booker T in a flash. It was a funny way to identify the self important attitude I saw around & in me.”
