Lecrae to star in feature film ‘Believe Me’

In another ground-breaking move for Christian Hip Hop’s top seller Lecrae, it has been announced that the Reach Records artist will be featured in an upcoming major motion picture. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the title of the film is ‘Believe Me’ and will prominently feature recent ‘Chronicle’ star Alex Russell as well as Zachary Knighton from the Happy Endings TV show; Johanna Braddy from Easy A and Max Adler of Glee. The comedy, produced by Texas-based Riot Studios, will be Lecrae’s feature film debut. The artist has also acted as an inspirational mentor in the Reach Records-produced Man Up movie.
