Lecrae performed at several shows during SXSW 2013. This show was in a very small venue in an intimate setting during the day at Brazos Hall in Austin, TX. Lecrae was supported during his set with Derek Minor, Canon, and Andy Mineo. Lecrae gave each a chance to give the crowd a small sample of what they bring to the team. When Lecrae handed Andy the mic, and a beat by Skrip crept in, I knew what was coming – Andy’s new song “Cocky” from his upcoming debut album ‘Heroe’s For Sale’. The beat oozes classic hip hop and when it drops, your head will nod and your face will scrunch up. Andy hold no punches on this one.
